- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup stone-ground grits, preferably blue corn
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2/3 cup crumbled blue cheese, such as Maytag
Description
Preheat Oven To 350 Degrees. Place 8 (½-cup) Ramekins On A Baking Sheet. Divide Bacon Among Ramekins; Set Aside.
