  • 1 cup  parsnips, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 cup  chopped, peeled sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup  sliced celery
  • 1 medium  onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1/2 cup  dairy sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons  all-purpose flour
