Pear-cherry Pie

Ingredients

  • 1   Ready-Crust Pie Crust Keebler® Ready Crust® Reduced Fat Graham Pie Crust
  • 2 tablespoons  refrigerated egg substitute*
  • 4 cups  peeled and thinly sliced fresh pears
  • 1 tablespoon  lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup  sugar
  • 1/3 cup  all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon  ground nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup   dried tart cherries
  •   Topping
  • 1 1/3 cups  Ready-To-Eat Cereal Mini-Wheats® Frosted Bite Size (coarsely crushed to 1 cup)
  • 4 teaspoons  butter or margarine, melted

Description

Brush Bottom And Sides Of Crust With Egg Substitute. Place On Baking Sheet. Bake At 375 Degrees F For 5 Minutes.
