  • 1 tablespoon  cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons  poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons  caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/2 pound  egg noodles, cooked following package directions
  • 1 cup  light sour cream
