  • 2 tbs.  bottled horseradish
  • 1/4 cup  ketchup
  • 2 tbs.  Creole of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbs.  light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp.  Cajun or Crole seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp.  hot pepper sauce
