Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 pounds  boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup  nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup  water
  • 1/4 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon  ground black pepper
  •   Non-stick cooking spray
  • 2 cups  Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup  Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1-1/2 cups  low-sodium tomato sauce
