Ingredients

  •   Sauteed Tomato Sauce
  • 6 ounces  dried spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons  olive oil
  • 3/4 cup  chopped onion
  • 1-1/2 cups  sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 medium  zucchini, cut into thin bite-size strips (1-1/2 cups)
  • 1 medium  red sweet pepper, cut into thin bite-size strips
  • 2   cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon  salt
  • 1 teaspoon  dried oregano, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground black pepper
  • 10   eggs
  • 1-1/4 cups  milk
  • 1/2 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 8-ounce packages  cream cheese, cut into small cubes and softened
  • 1-1/2 cups  shredded sharp cheddar cheese (6 ounces)
