Granny's Granola

Ingredients

  •   Nonstick cooking spray
  • 3 cups  regular rolled oats
  • 1 cup  coarsely shredded unpeeled apple
  • 1/2 cup  toasted wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup  water
  • 1/4 cup  honey
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons  ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon  vanilla or 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  •   Milk
  •   Fresh raspberries, blueberries, and/or sliced strawberries (optional)

Description

This Homemade Granola Is Much Lower In Fat And Higher In Fiber Than Most Store Bought Granolas.
