  • 2 teaspoons  ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon  ground cloves
  • 1 recipe  Creme Anglaise (see recipe below)
