  • 1   sprig fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves  garlic
  • 2 tablespoons  extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons  unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup  apple-cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup  dry white wine
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons  honey
