Halibut With Scallions & Sesame Oil

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons  minced fresh ginger
  • 1 small  clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons  thinly sliced scallions
  • 2 tablespoons  toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons  minced orange zest
  • 4   halibut fillets (about 4 ounces each), skin removed
  • 1/4 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon  freshly ground black pepper
