- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- Pinch ground mace
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
