- 4 small fresh ears of corn in husks
- 8 sheets nori or 1 large bunch parsley
- 2, 7- to 8-ounce fresh or frozen lobster tails, thawed and halved lengthwise
- 8 ounces cooked kielbasa or other smoked sausage, cut into 8 slices
- 12 to 16 sprigs fresh basil and/or dillweed
- Salt and pepper

Nori Is A Japanese Form Of Seaweed That Is Dried In Sheets. Find It In Asian Markets Or The Asian Section Of Supermarkets. When It's Unavailable, Substitute Fresh Parsley.
