  • 1-1/4 to 1-3/4 cups  whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup  rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup  wheat cereal flakes
  • 1/2 cup  toasted wheat germ
  • 1   egg white
  •   Wheat cereal flakes, coarsely crushed
