  • 1/2 tsp.  dried oregano, crushed
  • 1 14-oz. can  artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 3 cups  fresh baby spinach
  • 3 cups  hot cooked orzo (6 oz. uncooked)
  •   Crumbled feta cheese (optional)
