Ingredients
- 2 - 13.75 cans Artichoke Hearts (8-10 per can)
2 - 15 oz. cans White Kidney Beans (Cannellini) - Rinsed and Drained
1 cup Canola Mayonnaise
4 cups fresh baby spinach
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3-4 cloves of garlic - pressed or minced (more if you really like garlic)
Description
This Dip Is Great With Veggies - Broccoli, Celery, And Jicama Are My Favorites. Also Goes Well With Rye Crackers Or Whole Wheat Pita Chips.
