Ingredients

  • 4   beaten eggs
  • 2 cups  shredded cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup  milk
  • 2   green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 1 to 2   jalapeno peppers, seeded (if desired) and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon  garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon  white pepper
  •   Sliced green onion (optional)
  • 2 medium  red sweet peppers, chopped (2 cups)
  • 1 small  red onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 2 cloves  garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon  margarine or butter
  • 1/3 cup  snipped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon  white wine vinegar
