Ingredients

  •   Rub:
  • 1 tablespoon  chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon  garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon  onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon  black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon  ground red pepper
  •   Turkey:
  • 2 pounds  turkey breast cutlets
  • 2 tablespoon  olive oil
  • 1/4 cup  lime juice
  • 1   poblano chile or green chile, cored, seeded and sliced into 1-inch strips
  • 1   sweet red pepper, cored and sliced into 1-inch-wide strips
  • 1   sweet yellow pepper, cored and sliced into 1-inch-wide strips
  • 1 large  onion, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 1   bunch scallions, trimmed
  • 10   flour tortillas (8-inch)
  •   Garnish:
  • 1   jar (1 pound) favorite salsa
  • 1 large  tomato, seeded, chopped
  • 1   red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup  chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup  reduced-fat sour cream
