  • 1 1/2 cups  broccoli florets
  • 1/3 cup  snow peas, halved
  • 1/2   red bell pepper, thinly sliced (1/2 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons  hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon  garlic-chile sauce
  • 1/4 cup  chopped peanuts
