- For Beef Marinade:
- 1 t soy sauce
- 1 t Chinese rice wine
- 1/2 t cornstarch
- fresh ground black pepper
- For the Sauce:
- 2 T oyster sauce
- 1 t Chinese rice wine
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1/4 c chicken broth
