  • 1 cup  beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon  all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup  marsala wine
  • 1 can (4 ounces)  sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 tablespoons  unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon  chopped parsley
