Carrot-cake Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup  unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup  sugar
  • 2   large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon  vanilla extract
  • 1 cup  all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons  baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon  baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon  ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon  ground cloves
  • 1/3 cup  milk
  • 1/3 cup  grated carrot
  • 1 teaspoon  fresh orange zest
  • 1   White Chocolate Icing (Recipe follows.)

Description

Preheat Oven To 325 Degrees F. Line A 12-cup Muffin Pan With Paper Liners.
