Pumpkin-pecan Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup  finely crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup  finely crushed gingersnaps
  • 2 tablespoons  finely chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon  all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon  powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons  butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 8-ounce  packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup  granulated sugar
  • 3   eggs
  • 1 15-ounce  can pumpkin
  • 1   egg
  • 1/4 cup  milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon  ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon  ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon  ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup  whipping cream
  •   Toasted chopped pecans

Description

To Make This Holiday Dessert, Add The Cheesecake Layer On Top Of The Spiced Pumpkin Layer, Then Gently Swirl With A Knife To Create A Festive Look.
