- 1 tablespoon sesame seed, toasted
- 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 of an 8-ounce package reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel), cut up
- 1 cup shredded gjetost cheese (4 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
