  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon  ground red pepper
  • 1   medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2   medium red or green sweet pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2   small zucchini, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2   small yellow summer squash, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon  cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons  snipped parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon  garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon  dried marjoram or basil, crushed
  •   Fresh marjoram sprigs (optional)
