Ingredients

  • 8   dried lasagna noodles
  • 6 ounces  firm tofu
  • 1 tablespoon  lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon  soy milk
  • 2   cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons  chopped fresh basil
  • 1 package (10 oz)  frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 2 cups  vegan marinara sauce, divided
  • 4   Grillers® Vegan Veggie Burgers, thawed and cut into narrow strips*

Description

Cook Noodles According To Package Directions. Drain. Rinse With Cold Water. Drain. Pat Dry With Paper Towels.
