Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh green beans, trimmed, blanched, and drained
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 recipe Dijon Vinaigrette (Recipe follows.)
- 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 large eggs, soft-cooked in shell, peeled, and diced
- Garnish: fresh dill
Description
In A Large Bowl, Combine Beans, Salt, And Pepper. Toss With Approximately 1/2 Cup Dijon Vinaigrette To Coat. Serve Over Lettuce Leaves. Top With Bacon And Eggs.
