Green Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups  fresh green beans, trimmed, blanched, and drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon  kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon  fresh ground black pepper
  • 1   recipe Dijon Vinaigrette (Recipe follows.)
  • 1 head  butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1 pound  bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large  eggs, soft-cooked in shell, peeled, and diced
  •   Garnish: fresh dill

Description

In A Large Bowl, Combine Beans, Salt, And Pepper. Toss With Approximately 1/2 Cup Dijon Vinaigrette To Coat. Serve Over Lettuce Leaves. Top With Bacon And Eggs.
