  • 1 tablespoon   plus 1 teaspoon apple-cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons   honey
  • 2 teaspoons   chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 teaspoons   chopped shallot
  • 1/2 teaspoon   kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon   finely ground black pepper
