  • 1/2 cup  shredded cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup  shredded mozzarella cheese (2 ounces)
  • 1   egg white
  • 1/4 teaspoon  salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon  pepper
  • 1 14-1/2 ounce  can tomatoes, cut up
  • 1/2 of a 6-ounce  can (1/3 cup) tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon  dried basil, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon  dried oregano, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon  sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon  garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon  fennel seed, crushed (optional)
  •   Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
