  • 1 package  active, dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon  ground cardamom
  • 1 cup  milk
  • 1/2 cup  butter
  • 2 cups  whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup  chopped walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons  ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon  butter, melted
