  • 1 cup  very warm water (120 to 130 degrees F)
  • 2 tablespoons  olive oil
  •   Cornmeal, for baking sheet
  •   Topping:
  • 1 small  yellow onion, sliced in rings
  • 1/4 teaspoon  salt
  • 1   egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon  milk
