  • One 10-ounce bag spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 3 tablespoons horseradish
  • 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
