  • Grated peel and juice of 1 lemon
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup chicken stock, divided
  • 1 can diced or stewed tomatoes (14.5-ounces)
  • 1 1/2 pounds thick cod fillets, cut into chunks
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
