- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 large head or 2 small heads broccoli
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups good-quality shredded Asiago cheese (10 ounces)
