- 1 can whole artichoke hearts in water (14 ounces), drained and sliced
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
