- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (eyeball it)
- 3 tablespoons (3 palmfuls) sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 pounds cod or haddock or halibut, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon chipotle powder
- Salt
- 1 small head Napa cabbage, cored and shredded
- 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
