3 tablespoons Fine bread crumbs (see note)
2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
3/4 cup Milk
3/4 cup Low-sodium chicken broth
1 Bay leaf
1 Garlic clove, peeled and halved
1 ounce Prosciutto (1 large or 2 small thin slices)
1 cup Grated California Cheddar cheese (or Mozzarella)
