1 tbsp Garlic minced, divided

4 tsp. Soy sauce
1 tsp. Balsamic vinegar
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Pinch of red pepper flakes
1 cup Frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1/2 cup Red bell pepper, cubed
1/2 cup Shitake mushrooms, stemmed, sliced
1/2 cup Red onion chopped
1/2 cup Fresh bean sprouts, rinsed
2 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (6-8 oz. each)
