- 1/2 habanero pepper, seeded and minced, or to taste
- 1/2 large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 large red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 3 (14.5 ounce) cans fire-roasted diced tomatoes, with juice
- 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can butter beans, rinsed and drained
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup sour cream (optional)
