Thai Frai Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1lb dry rice or curly noodles
  • 2T olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4-1t red pepper flakes
  • 12oz fresh mushrooms, large diced
  • 2 medium bell peppers, large diced
  • 1 cup sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 cup sliced bamboo shoots
  • about 1 cup sugar/snap peas
  • 2 cups fresh bean sprouts
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • Sauce
  • 2T oyster sauce
  • 1T worcestershire sauce(can sub soy, if desired)
  • 1t soy sauce
  • 1T peanut butter
  • juice from 1 small lime
  • 1/3 cup chicken or veggie stock
  • 2T sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 2T hot Chinese sauce
  • kosher or sea salt and fresh ground pepper
  • fresh cilantro for garnish
  • chopped peanuts for garnish

A Meatless Fried Noodle And Veggie Dish Which Isn't Necessarily Thai, But The Name Made Me Giggle... It's As Simple As That.
