- 1lb dry rice or curly noodles
- 2T olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4-1t red pepper flakes
- 12oz fresh mushrooms, large diced
- 2 medium bell peppers, large diced
- 1 cup sliced water chestnuts
- 1 cup sliced bamboo shoots
- about 1 cup sugar/snap peas
- 2 cups fresh bean sprouts
- 4 green onions, sliced
- Sauce
- 2T oyster sauce
- 1T worcestershire sauce(can sub soy, if desired)
- 1t soy sauce
- 1T peanut butter
- juice from 1 small lime
- 1/3 cup chicken or veggie stock
- 2T sweet Thai chili sauce
- 2T hot Chinese sauce
- kosher or sea salt and fresh ground pepper
- fresh cilantro for garnish
- chopped peanuts for garnish
