- 1 tbs plain flour
- 1 tbs rownaberry jelly
- 5 fl oz / 150 ml port.
- Christmas rowan berry jelly

- 900g Bramley apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 6 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 6 allspice berries
