  • 40 oz pork shoulder, fat trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
  • 2 head bok choy, chopped thinly
  • half head broccoli, blooms cut in half
  • 2 cups raw green beans cut in half and cleaned
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced thin
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
  • 6 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups rice
