- 1 1/2 Teaspoons xanthan gum

- 1/2 Cup Glutinous rice flour
- 1/2 Cup tapioca flour
- 2 Cups White rice flour
- 1 Teaspoon sesame seeds (Optional)
- 1 Teaspoon Buckwheat Groats (Optional)
- 1 Teaspoon milk (for egg wash)
