Spicy Shrimp And Scallop Cakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 2 cups shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups scallops, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • dash salt and black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • fresh bread crumbs
  • lemon slices, optional
