- 1 can (1 lb 4 oz) pineapple slices
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 cube chicken bouillon
- 1 green bell pepper - seeded and chopped (optional}
- 2 cloves garlic - minced (optional)
Description
This Is Like Having Dessert For The Main Course. Lots Of Color And Nice Blend Of Sweetness And Saltiness With The Warmth Of The Chicken.... On A Bed Of Rice With A Nice Asparagus Dish... And Tart Fresh Glass Of White Wine.... Yums.
