1 1/2 cups (8 oz.) fresh, cooked or chopped imitation crabmeat 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded monterey jack cheese, divided 1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese 1 jar (12 oz.) CROSSE & BLACKWELL® Seafood Cocktail Sauce, divided 2 green onions, thinly sliced 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 8 8-inch soft taco-size flour tortillas 4 tablespoons butter as needed (approximately 1 tablespoon per quesadilla)
