- 1 pinch of salt
- 60g flour
- 5 teaspoons baking powder
- 30g almonds, peeled and ground
- butter for greasing
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- Icing:
- 200g icing sugar
- 3 tablespoons rum
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- For decoration:
- 12 small marzipan carrots
