  • 30g almond meal
  • butter for greasing
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • Icing:
  • 200g icing sugar
  • 3 tablespoons rum
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Decoration:
  • 12 small marzipan carrots
