• 1 teaspoon sugar (5 mL)
• 16x1 pinch twists fresh pepper
• 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (30 mL)
• 8 medium firm vine tomatoes or 10 roma, chopped
• 1 bunch green onion, finely chopped (1 cup or 250 mL)
• 8 cloves fresh garlic, crushed you have to looove garlic for this one.
• Pizza crust from the store (you want a nice soft white crust for this)
• Olive oil
