Ingredients

Steak

  • 1 pound 1-inch-thick rib steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground coffee
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

Coconut Shrimp Balls

  • 1 coconut or 1 cup, shredded dried coconut
  • 1/2 pound shelled and de-veined 30/40 count shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon store-bought green curry paste (available in the Asian section of most grocery stores)
  • 2 green onions, trimmed and sliced finely
  • 1 egg white
  • Peanut oil for frying

Sesame Chicken Balls

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut roughly into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, trimmed and sliced finely
  • Approx. 4-6 cilantro leaves, diced finely
  • 2 tablespoons panko, or bread crumbs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds

Potatoes

  • 2 russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
